Fotocolombo Srl can only accept orders with delivery within the Italian and European state. Fotocolombo Srl does not ship to Mail Boxes or companies that provide domiciliation services. For each order placed on www.fotocolombo.it or www.bicicolombo.it, Fotocolombo Srl issues an invoice/receipt for the material processed. It will be possible to download both the electronic invoice in PDF format within your tax drawer. For the issuing of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Insurance will only be at the customer's choice.

Shipments are made up of an initial cost and, only in the case of an order with more than one product, only a small part of the cost indicated for each product will be added, taking the highest shipping price among the products placed in the cart as the starting point in the final calculation.

The total will be indicated in the final cart before confirming the order and are explicitly highlighted when placing the order (in some cases shipping costs may be included in the price of the product).

Payment for the goods by the Customer will be made using the method chosen when ordering.

Delivery of the ordered goods is intended to be on the GROUND floor. The goods travel with packaging made directly by the manufacturer or in cardboard boxes.

Delivery times for the ordered goods are purely indicative; they may be subject to variations due to force majeure or due to traffic and road conditions in general or by act of the Authority. No responsibility can be attributed to Fotcolombo Srl in case of delay in processing the order or in the delivery of the ordered goods.

Standard delivery will take place during the following hours: from 9.00 to 13.00; from 14.00 to 18.00, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday. The courier makes the first delivery without notice. In case of absence of the Customer, the courier leaves a notice and retries the delivery within the following 24/48 hours; in case of further absence, a notice is left again and the Customer is contacted by the courier for the third attempt. If this is also unsuccessful, the Customer will be contacted by Fotocolombo Srl with whom they will define the details of the delivery. If the fourth attempt is also unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to Fotocolombo Srl, with consequent cancellation of the order and reversal of the amount paid by the customer minus the transport costs.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE PACKAGE

WHEN THE COURIER ARRIVES:

Immediately check the integrity of the package! If the package is not intact, you must refuse delivery, or collect the package by signing with a specific reservation. Try to describe the conditions of the damage to the package as best as you can.

EXAMPLE I ACCEPT WITH RESERVATION BECAUSE THE PACKAGE IS DENT ON THE UPPER SIDE

The signature with reservation must be placed on the delivery note that the courier will bring you;

The signature with reservation can also be placed if the courier has an electronic pad;

Always check that the courier reports your reservation on his POD.

AFTER COLLECTING THE PACKAGE

IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED:

IF THE PACKAGE IS INTACT:

If the packaging is intact and the product inside is damaged, send a report via email to fotocolombo@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of delivery, describing what happened and 7 photographs (one of the damage reported by the product and 6 for the six sides of the packaging).

WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS:

Check the damage and send the report before proceeding with any type of installation of the product;

Before shipping the package, include a copy of the order confirmation and the description of the problem encountered;

In case the original packaging is damaged, put everything inside a larger package.

Financing can be done either directly by phone, in store in Merate and/or online from your computer.

If you subscribe to a product with interest-free financing with a product with interest-bearing financing, you lose the advantage of interest-free financing.

Delivery times of goods:
For in-store financing: Present yourself in store only on our request after placing your order. Delivery of available goods will be immediate after approval of the request by the financing company.
On average, the financing company gives a response within 30 minutes. For financing over 2000 euros or on Saturdays, the financing company may also require a waiting time of more than 2 working days.
Financing requests with products declared in the order as temporarily unavailable or new may be processed after 30 days from approval by the financing company.
For home financing online with your computer: Inquire about availability before placing your order. If available after your order, the equipment will be set aside for 2 days.
The application to the financing company must be completed within this period. Otherwise, the product will be put back on sale and its availability in a short time cannot be guaranteed.
The financing company will send by email the contract to be signed, which will then be returned, also attaching the documents necessary for financing that will be requested directly by the financing company (ID card, tax code, latest pay slip, etc.)
General notes: To reserve the equipment ordered with financing both in store and online, we reserve the right to request a minimum deposit of 15 euros + VAT before requesting financing.
The deposit must be paid in advance using a payment method to be agreed. The deposit must be deducted from the total amount of the loan and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or financing approved by the financing company.

The financing requested and approved by the financial institution of the selected equipment can no longer be canceled or changed in the type of equipment.

In this case, in case of cancellation, the management fee of the order concerned will be charged, in addition to a penalty of 10% on the total of the items for loss of income, and any deposit paid will be retained in full.

Any deposit must be made by bank transfer after approval of the financing.

INTEREST-FREE FINANCING: Inform general terms.
Interest-free financing from 350 to 500 euros from 6 months up to 10.
Some items may be offered in more than 10 installments only for a certain period.

At a minimum, you can assemble more products but you cannot exceed the maximum figure of 1500.
If you exceed 1500, you can insert a deposit of the amount exceeded at the time of ordering, thus bringing the financing to less than 1500 euros.
The deposit will then be paid separately by bank transfer at a later stage.

How to request financing:

Kamera Points

Kamera points are only valid under the following conditions:
