Excerpt from the Conditions of Sale, points 12-16.

Warranty

Fotocolombo guarantees that the Products comply with the applicable health, technical and safety regulations and standards under Italian law and European Union law. Fotocolombo also guarantees that the Products are free from defects and/or faults and/or non-conformities: (i) towards Consumers, for the period of 24 (twenty-four) months from delivery as per Articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code; (ii) towards Non-Consumer Customers, for 12 (twelve) months from delivery or for the longer period applied by the manufacturer.

Deadlines for reporting

The deadline for reporting defects and/or faults and/or non-conformities of the Products is: (i) for Consumers, 2 (two) months from discovery, pursuant to Article 132 of the Consumer Code; (ii) for non-Consumer Customers, 8 (eight) days from discovery, pursuant to Articles 1490 et seq. of the Civil Code.

Ways of exercising the guarantee and remedies

For the return of Products that the Customer (Consumer or not) deems to be faulty and/or defective and/or non-compliant, in accordance with the previous articles, Fotocolombo reserves the right to request the sending of photographs with attached images of the Product for which the guarantee is requested, certifying, if possible, the reason for making use of the guarantee. In the event of acceptance of the Customer's complaint, Fotocolombo sends a communication with the return authorization and the instructions for the return at its own expense. In any case, the Customer is invited to wait for instructions or any proposals from Fotocolombo before returning the Product. In the event of ascertained faults, defects or non-conformities, Fotocolombo will (i) repair, replace the Product, issue a voucher or refund at the Consumer's choice, provided that it is not excessively onerous; (II) at its own discretion, to repair, replace the Product or issue a voucher, unless otherwise agreed with the non-consumer Customer.

Exclusion of warranty for all Customers

Any warranty in relation to faults and/or defects and/or non-conformities that may arise in relation to and due to improper use, not in accordance with the indications or instructions/user manual of the Product or inadequate or in any case negligent, imprudent and unskillful storage, taking into account the nature and characteristics of the Products, is expressly excluded.

Limitations of warranty for non-consumer Customers

The warranty is not applicable or in any case may not operate in whole or in part in the event that the non-consumer Customer has not complied, through his own actions and fault, with the delivery recommendations referred to in Article 9.
