Guarantee3 must be activated by the Customer, by connecting to the website www.garanzia3.it, no later than one year from the date of purchase of the product to be covered. By activating Guarantee3, the Business Company S.p.A. will offer the Customer the continuation of the guarantee offered by the manufacturer, through the repair and / or replacement of the goods, within the limits and under the conditions set out below.
DURATION AND EFFECTIVENESS
Warranty3 is aimed at the continuation of the manufacturer's warranty period for 3 years (or for a shorter period of time in the case of a duration of the original manufacturer's warranty greater than 2 years) and will have the starting date indicated below.
The assistance service offered by Guarantee3 will not last longer than the 60th month from the purchase of the product to be serviced.
The effective date of the Warranty3 service, for each appliance / product identified in the certificate will be fixed as follows:
a) In the case of a consumer buyer, it will be activated on the first day following the expiry of the 2-year Legal Guarantee;
b) In the case of a professional buyer, it will be activated on the first day following the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty, usually equal to 1 year.
The assistance service will be provided in the same manner and under the same terms indicated in the original warranty certificate issued by the manufacturer and in force at the time of purchase of the goods. In the event that a warranty certificate is not provided by the manufacturer of the goods, reference will be made to the warranty conditions on the manufacturer's website or on another platform.
The repair for a single intervention, during the period of validity of this extension, cannot have a cost higher than that foreseen by the certificate, equal to 250.00 / 500.00 / 1000.00 / 2000.00 / 5000.00 euros ( depending on the type of certificate chosen).
All damages and failures already excluded from the manufacturer's original warranty, caused in any case with intent or negligence by the Customer or due to normal wear and tear of the components, are excluded from the assistance service.
In the event that this latter hypothesis occurs, Business Company S.p.A. will immediately communicate a cost estimate aimed at any repairs.
There is no excess payable by the Customer for the repair of the product.
During the validity period of the Legal Guarantee, the Business Company S.p.A. will offer customers information services aimed at the correct use of the same.
Starting from the first day following the expiry of the Legal Guarantee, the Customer can repair the product at no additional cost, using Guarantee3.
In the event that the product is not repairable, Guarantee3 will propose its replacement or refund of the purchase value of the product, deducting a percentage of 10% from the purchase value for each year.
RULES IN THE PRESENCE OF FAILURE
At the time of the appliance breakdown, starting from the end of the Legal Guarantee, the Customer must connect to the website www.garanzia3.it or write an e-mail to the following address: email@example.com, or contact the toll-free number 800090737 (from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00) to communicate their personal data and the details of the Guarantee certificate3; the customer service will verify the correctness and will communicate to the customer the methods and terms to follow for the repair of the product.
